All items ship from Canada via Canada Post  

● Please note:  Canada Post shipping rates, unfortunately, are quite expensive in comparison to USPS and other countries. If the actual shipping fees are lower then what you were charged, the difference will be refunded to your PayPal account.

Because shipping labels are purchased through PayPal, all items will be shipped to your PayPal address. PLEASE BE SURE THE ADDRESS ON YOUR PAYPAL ACCOUNT IS CORRECT BEFORE YOU MAKE YOUR PURCHASE (we can not be held responsible if your address is not up to date).

● Items shipped to the US and CANADA -  Delivery standards are 6 - 12 business days.
● INTERNATIONAL Delivery standards are 4 up to 6 weeks.

FOR FASTER DELIVERY - If you require AIR MAIL or PRIORITY MAIL please contact me before purchase so I can adjust your invoice, as there will be an additional shipping fee.

● Kyssa Vintage is not responsible for items held at customs, slower than normal shipping times (ie: during the Christmas/holiday season), items damaged during transport (don't worry, everything is packaged very carefully & waterproof) and items lost in the mail.  If you wish to purchase insurance for your package please contact Kyssa Vintage prior to purchase so that we may adjust your listing. We are happy to accommodate your shipping needs.
Buyer is responsible for any customs or duties fees that may arise (rare).
